Which Class is Right for You?
General level classes are intended for ALL students, whether you a beginner, or a student with more mat experience.
Classes are designed to help us learn how to practice safely at all levels of learning. All classes are well rounded to offer all the well being Yoga has to share with us.
This class is held at a slower pace and focuses on stretching all areas of the body, while releasing stress and tension from joints and muscles. Great for all levels, those working through injuries, and those just beginning a physical exercise routine. No prior yoga experience required.
This is for students who are new to Yoga.
We strive to make you feel comfortable and welcome.
We want you to keep practicing, so we will gently guide you in learning.
This class is more suitable for students with "some prior Yoga experience". It is not a class designed for absolute beginners.
It does not need to be an extended amount of experience, however, note the class is 2 hours long.
If 2 hours sounds perfect to you, then this is your class!

Information for Students
All equipment and mats are supplied at Sacred Cow - all you need to bring is your body and your enthusiasm.
Please bring cash to pay for your class - we do not have eftpos facilities.
Class passes are available, and can be paid by bank transfer or cash. Please speak to your teacher.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to your first class, and 5 minutes before your regular class.
You can print out our health questionnaire and insurance waiver here, or fill one out at your first class.
