When Lama Tendar creates a Sound Bath he provide the space and sounds for you to relax at a profound level. This allows your body to find its natural balance while creating space for insights. People often find resolution for emotional issues and a sense of coming home to themselves using Singing Bowls, Gongs and Tibetan Harmonic Mantra Chanting.

Singing Bowls & gongs and Chanting have been used for many thousands of years in Tibet at the time of Buddha. They resonate sounds and frequencies that can help heal and purify your body, mind and spirit and as you meditate in a sound journey experience.

Whilst guiding us into a deep cleansing meditation, this journey will pulsate frequencies throughout your body that will energize, uplift, revitalise and balance chakras, your mind, body, spirit purifying our negative actions and stress.

Please bring along:

* Pillow/cushion for seating and a throw rug for your comfort during meditation (throw rug optional)

* Debit card or Visa/ Master cards acceptable for product purchasing (there will be Crystals, Singing Bowls, Chimes, Wall Hangings etc for sale on the day)

Your support and contribution is received with grateful thanks.

**ALL FUNDS RAISED go directly to support the Tibetan Children’s Fund.

Lama Tendar Supports 130 children in Kham Tibet where they now receive regular meals AND a Tibetan education**
