DO I NEED TO BE FIT & FLEXIBLE?
Nope, Yoga only requires you to have a willingness to try. Our classes vary in levels, but we try our best to offer something for ALL BODIES!
I'VE NEVER PRACTICED YOGA BEFORE, DO I HAVE TO DO THE SATURDAY ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS CLASS?
We do encourage all new students of yoga to attend the Saturday class, but again we know that times can be restricting. Our Tuesday & Thursday General Beginners are suitable for New Students as well.
DO I NEED TO HAVE MY OWN MAT OR EQUIPMENT?
Nope, our studio is fully equipped with everything you'll need to do a safe and caring practice.
DO I NEED TO BRING CASH?
Yes, we encourage you to bring cash along as our studio is not set up with card paying facilities.
DO YOU HAVE MENS CLASSES OR DO MANY MEN PARTICIPATE?
We most definitely have a beautiful community of men that practice with us in beginners, general and level 2 practices. Yoga was originally created by Men for Men, but integrates both genders.

what ages can my child participate in the family &/or kids yoga?
Family yoga, is what ever age parents would like their child to join them.
Kids Yoga, is limited to school age, prep 4-5yr olds to high school 12 yr olds.
DO YOU HAVE A CLASS FOR SOMEONE WHO IS OVER 60 WITH RESTRICTIONS?
Yes We Do, our Gentle Gentle Yoga is a great practice to start for those with restrictions like hip or knee replacements, and any other restrictions with the body.
I STRUGGLE TO GET DOWN & UP OFF THE FLOOR, CAN I STILL PRACTICE YOGA?
Yes, you can, however, you will need a consultation or Personal Yoga Sessions to assess what class style or practice would be suitable for you.
I'VE NEVER PRACTICE YOGA BUT IM PRETTY FIT,DO I NEED TO DO A BEGINNERS CLASS OR CAN I ATTEND THE LEVEL 2?
We do encourage you to start a beginners practice if you haven't practiced before, as yoga is more than just a fit body, but we also understand that times can be restricting. Call our teachers today to discuss whether you'd be suitable for their class.
DO I NEED TO BOOK IN?
Nope, we LOOOOOOVE Surprises, so you don't need to book in, just show up!
DO YOU HAVE MEMBERSHIPS, OR BULK CLASS DISCOUNTS?
Yes, we have bulk class passes for Sammy's Classes and if you were to ask the other teachers, they may have something similar you can purchase with them. We don't offer a membership like gyms, as Yoga is an investment in you :)
